All is in readiness; except for last minute problems with my website. It has been several weeks now and I am still waiting on my web designers to fix the technical hosting problem with my website. It appears that web designers take the entire Christmas holiday off - frustrating.

Yours in Fitness,
Coach Sommer

Coach im sure you have been asked before but just curious how this first book is gonna be layed out? Are they going to be more geared toward gymnast or toward people who workout and stay in shape as i am not a gymnast but do know quite a bit about bodyweight exercises and variations.
