Gymnastics Workout of the Day
Welcome to the gymnastics workout of the day. These workouts are pulled from an enormous collection of workouts put together over several years. One workout will be posted daily. The intended purpose of these workouts is a conditioning set at the end of a 2-4 hour gymnastics skills session. Weights, reps and distances can all be scaled to suit ability. Most of these workouts can be done with little equipment. Virtually all of them can be done in even the most modest of gymnastics facilities.
These workouts will also be recorded in the online workout log. Sign up to record your results and keep a running report on your progress. Once you've signed up go to "Join Groups". The DAS WOD is a public group and can be joined by anyone. This is a fantastic way to keep track of your progress.
